How do you get tickets?

You can buy tickets on manchester-big-weekend.com that cover entry to the Big Weekend and Pride Parade.

Tickets for the whole weekend cost £28.00, plus a £2.80 booking fee. You can buy a maximum of eight tickets per person.

Day tickets cost around £18.50 on Friday, £20 for Saturday and Sunday and £12.50 for Monday.

Elite tickets are also available for £110 and £150.

A new addition to the festival is the Superbia Weekend, a free to attend alternative to the Big Weekend.

The programme includes art, literature, music, sport and theatre in family-friendly spaces.

There are also hardship day tickets available to people who are unemployed, on a low income or over 65.  A limited number are released every day.

Spectators can also watch any events that pass through the city – such as the parade – without entering the city’s gay village in Canal Street, where many of the events are taking place.
