TWO child victims of incest and neglect have launched a £238million personal injury claim, the highest in British history.
The “highly sexualised” siblings were branded “muck” by their mother, a court was told.

She responded to their needs with “smacking and criticism” and made them eat off the kitchen floor, it was claimed.
The children lacked basic skills including knowing how to wash.
One is now sectioned while the other lives in a “highly supported” environment.
They are suing the Health Minister in Jersey, who has accepted they should have been put into care sooner.
