Dele Alli is also likely to miss out, along with Ben Davies, Eric Dier, Vincent Janssen and Erik Lamela.
Meanwhile, it will be Jadon Sancho’s first club match back in England since he joined Borussia Dortmund.
But the Germans, they will be without talisman Marco Reus and Lukasz Piszczek, with Leonardo Balerdi and Manuel Akanji also doubts.
