Tottenham stars Hugo Lloris and Son Heung-Min appeared to be involved in a row after the half-time whistle in their Premier League clash against Everton.
Lloris raced towards Son as the players trudged off the pitch and it is believed the goalkeeper was furious about the forward’s failure to track back during a Toffees attack.
The Sky Sports commentator said: “What’s going on here with these Spurs players? Hugo Lloris and Son having to be kept apart from each other.
“Absolutely fuming as there’s descent within the ranks as the Tottenham players go off at half-time.
“You wouldn’t think they were winning, would you?”
Gary Neville joked: “I wish they’d showed that much fire on the pitch.”
“Extraordinary scenes at the end,” added the commentator.
Former Tottenham striker Gary Lineker had his say on the incident.
“Good heavens, Son and Lloris having to be kept apart,” he wrote on Twitter.
“Of all the players out there who might want to scrap, I wouldn’t have picked those two. Shows they care, I suppose.”
