Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew may have divorced in 1996, but the pair have managed to stay good friends.

The Duke and Duchess of York get on so well they have chosen to still live in the same house, according to reports.

The pair have stayed close and still regularly meet up as a family with their daughters, Princess Beatrice, 30, and Princess Eugenie, 28.

Sarah and Andrew first lived together in Sunninghill Park in Ascot but after their split Andrew moved to Royal Lodge in Winsor.

The Royal Lodge was given to Prince Andrew by the Queen in 2004 and Sarah moved in with him in 2008 after the pair rekindled their friendship.

Opening up on their living situation to radio host Kyle Sandilands in 2016, the Duchess revealed that her and Andrew are rarely in the home at the same time.

She explained: I’m in and out all the time and he’s in and out all the time.”

Knowing that their current house has a staggering 30 rooms, it is not hard to believe the pair rarely see each other.

Sarah and Andrew still have a jointly-owned chalet in Verbier in Switzerland where Fergie still spends a lot of her time.

Although they are now living together, Sarah told Kyle the pair won’t reconcile: “No, we’re not married – we are very happy the way things are.”

The lodge is not open to the public as it’s an official residence of the Royals’, but there is much information about what it’s like inside.

The home was reportedly given a £7.5 million refurbishment before the pair moved in and it now is said to feature an indoor swimming pool and a driving range.

Along with 30 rooms, the mansion includes a private chapel and 21 acres of secluded grounds.

The lodge comes attached with eight separate properties for the staff to stay in, according to Woman & Home magazine.

Princess Eugenie gave a sneak-peak inside the grand residence when she posed for a shoot for Harpers Bazaar in 2016.

The magazine revealed: “It’s the definition of comfy cosy, with family pictures scattered around and Norfolk terriers wandering in and out.”

Are Sarah and Andrew to remarry? The pair has spoken out about another wedding.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Sarah said: “So many people have asked me that, but we’re so happy with the way we are right now.

“We enjoy each other’s company; we allow each other to blossom. I know it sounds like a fairy tale but that’s the way we are.”

Princess Beatrice recently shared a throwback snap of her parents on Instagram, what are the odds of the pair reuniting?

According to the bookmakers, Coral, the probability of the pair remarrying in the future currently stands at 2-1.
