Princess Sofia reveals the PERFECT place for Swedish people to visit this summer

The Princess of Sweden shared a loving snap of her two younger children enjoying the sunshine.

Alexander, 4, and Gabriel, 2, were pictured taking in the rays in the countryside at Sodermanland county, where the Royal Family’s Stenhammar Palace is located.

In the photo, the brothers are dressed in shorts with Alexander wearing a brown hat with a white t-shirt, whilst his younger sibling dons a more formal buttoned shirt.

The photo revealed where Princess Sofia believes is the perfect place for Sweedish people this summer.

The royal encouraged her country’s people to take a staycation after the coronavirus has made arranging holidays a difficult challenge and a less fruitful experience.

The caption read: “We wish you a nice summer.

“Since many stay at home this year and discover Sweden up close.

“We here on Instagram will share some of our favourite spots where we are this summer.

“This is to show that our beautiful country has fantastic opportunities for fun, wonderful and activity-filled staycation.

The caption read: “Sometimes every person comes to a decisive choice; a choice that determines one’s future and is about who one is and above all, who one wants to be.

“And often it takes courage.

“Courage not to choose the easy path just because it is easy, without courage to stay on the hard road because it’s right.”

The royal couple added: “Today we are celebrating our five-year wedding anniversary.”

The British royals are also said to enjoy a staycation.

The Duchess of Cambridge is a regular visitor to The Goring in London, whilst the Claridge’s has often welcomed the Queen.

Cliveden House, Berkshire hosted Meghan Markle the night before her fairytale wedding to Prince Harry in 2018.

The humble abode is 376 acres and has been a temporary residence to Queen Victoria, Winston Churchill, and Charlie Chaplin.
