PIERS Morgan is being offered £1million from a wealthy businessman to quit Twitter for a year.
A fed up fan with wads of cash has offered to pay for his silence in a bid to make Twitter “a happier place”.
The mouthy Good Morning Britain host, who enjoyed his umpteenth spat on Wednesday, this time with Liam Payne, could be silenced if he takes up the offer from luxury site HushHush.com owner Aaron Harpin.
Aaron said: “Imagine 365 days of Piers-free bliss online.
“This isn’t being stretched to Piers’ TV appearances but at least it’s easier to turn the TV off than to avoid him online.
“Personally, I just cannot understand how someone can be so opinionated all the time. My only fear is that he could come back worse than before, but it’ll be a nice break. I hope if he accepts it will go towards making Twitter a more pleasant social media platform.”
The presenter has considered the sensational offer but said he’d only step down for 10 times that amount.
He told Daily Star: “It would take a lot more than that to get off me off Twitter. Try £10m a year and I’ll think about it.”
Meanwhile, a war of words broke out between Piers and Liam over “vacuous, talentless, dimwit” Kylie Jenner after she became the world’s youngest self-made billionaire.
Former One Direction star Liam told Piers he was “talking s***” for insisting she got rich because of her sister Kim Kardashian‘s sex tape.
Instead of applauding the reality TV star, Piers said it was a “tragic reflection of our shallow social media society”.
Liam disagreed and ranted: “I’m sorry but piers are you crazy your only here cuz you talk s*** about everyone and make controversial outbursts about people to get attention.
“At least @KylieJenner has her own business she built herself why not congratulate someone for once instead of knocking people.”

Within two minutes Piers had replied telling the 25-year-old star: “Hi Liam, a) She didn’t ‘build herself’, she became rich & famous from her sister’s sex tape. b) It’s ‘you’re’.”
Liam hit back, telling the 53-year-old: “Sorry could you say it louder from the back of the line of irrelevant people please.”
It didn’t stop Piers from going back at Cheryl’s ex, adding: “Mate, no offence but I really wouldn’t play the relevancy card right now.”
