Peter Andre admits he finally has something to talk to doctor wife Emily about in bed after designing a bed range

PETER Andre has admitted he finally feels like he can keep up with his doctor wife on the conversation front.

The 46-year-old tied the knot with Emily MacDonagh, 29, back in 2015 but for years worried he wouldn’t be able to match her when it came to talking about their days.

But now the father-of-four believes the couple can really bounce of each other when it comes to work after he launched a new range of luxury beds, A By Andre, at Arighi Bianchi.

Speaking to the Sun Online about their relationship, he said: “Something I love about Emily is that we always discuss each other’s work and when we first met I used to say to people how will the convo go at the end of the day?

“She comes home and she has just saved someone’s life and I am going to tell her  I was at a meet and greet. It wasn’t the same kind of conversation whereas now we are moving much more into business and lifestyle which means we can really talk about each other’s work and really help each other with ideas.

“Sometimes she will get my opinion on something medical and I have got no medical knowledge, but she would just get my opinion on what I would do in a situation. It’s really nice that we have got that with each.”

Peter has now kitted out his home in the luxury beds and has had an Emperor sized one made for himself, as well as  getting all their very own beds.

Discussing his designs, Pete said: “They are handmade, bespoke, British made, the quality is excellent. We have got so many different fabrics, colours and the designs are great.”

He now plans to branch out and design an entire home wear, but it’s going to be a busy year because he is also hoping to release a new album next year.

In the meantime he’s also got his film career to think off – he’s heading to LA in the next couple of weeks for more meetings.

He is up for Best Actor for his role in his debut film The Inheritance at the Beverley Hills Film Festival.

“I am so so happy. It’s something I am moving into. My mind is really focused. Just when I thought at 50 I wanted to take break, I am thinking no,” he told us.

“I have got meetings when I get there, so I am very excited.”
