PEP GUARDIOLA has urged Raheem Sterling to end his contract stand-off and pledge his future to Manchester City.
The England winger still has two years of his current £180,000-a-week deal to run and has already rejected an improved offer from the Premier League champions.

He is believed to be holding out for £300,000-a-week to make him the highest-paid Englishman in the game.
Sterling, 23, only returned to training last Monday after helping England to reach the World Cup semi-finals.
But he still produced a man of the match display in the 2-0 win against Arsenal and Guardiola said: “His mum and dad gave him a special body shape.
“He’s so small, tiny, so these kind of guys are ready in one week and we needed him today.

“I have not spoken to Raheem about his contract because I’m not a sport director and not even a manager.
“I am a trainer and my job is to make a good team spirit and to win games.
“But we are all delighted with Raheem and we would like him to stay.
