Michael Jackson’s family slam Wade Robson as a total liar who’s ‘loudly and repeatedly’ making fake child abuse claims because ‘dead men can’t sue’

MICHAEL Jackson’s family has branded his accuser Wade Robson a liar who is only making child abuse allegations because “dead men can’t sue”.

Robson, now 36, claims Jackson molested him at Neverland Ranch when he was just seven and the abuse continued for seven years.

In documents obtained by The Blast, Jackson’s estate said Robson is only making the accusations because Jackson died in 2009.

They read: “Michael Jackson is dead, and that Robson missed the probate claims filing deadlines by several years.

“You cannot sue a dead man.”

They also pointed out that Jacko can’t sue him in return.

Robson previously sued Jackson’s estate for £1.2billion over the abuse but the lawsuit was dismissed when the judge ruled the estate of Jackson couldn’t be held responsible for the allegations made by the dancer.

In shock documentary Leaving Neverland Robson said Jackson raped him from the age of seven before “losing interest” in him when he turned 14.

Robson and his mother had both defended Jackson while speaking to investigators in 1993 after 13-year-old Jordan Chandler accused the entertainer of sexual abuse.

In the leaked documents Jacko’s estate denies Robson’s allegations, saying they are “contrary to prior, length sworn testimony by Robson as an adult in a jury trial, and are contrary to the overwhelming weight of evidence”.

It also said that Robson has been “free to press his accusations against Jackson in the court of public opinion — as he has done so loudly and repeatedly — without fear of being sued for defamation.”

James Safechuck also took part in Leaving Neverland and claims he was groomed and raped from age of 10 to 14 by the superstar.

Michael Jackson denied all allegations of sexual abuse made against him.

This week film’s director Dan Reed responded to Jacko’s defenders by asking them to “add up the nights” the singer allegedly slept with little boys.

He is on the offensive after accuser Safechuck’s timeline of the alleged child abuse was called into question.

Safechuck claims he was molested until the age of 14 including in a room at Neverland’s train station.

However, Jackson’s biographer Mike Smallcombe revealed that the station was not built until 1994 when the accuser was aged 16.

Reed fired back: “Progress – seem to have conceded that Safechuck was molested and are now debating which rooms at Neverland the sex took place in + James’ age when it stopped.

“How about adding up total number of nights MJ slept with other people’s sons: was it hundreds or thousands?”

Reed also wrote that Safechuck was abused after train station was built – despite the accuser stating numerous times, including in court docs, that the molestation ended when he was 14.
