A MAN is accused of raping a young mum in front of her five-year-old son so he could get revenge on his “cheating wife”.
Everett Simpson, 41, allegedly kidnapped the 25-year-old woman and her son after targeting them randomly at a shopping mall in New Hampshire last month.

He then allegedly drove to White River Junction, Vermont, where he allegedly raped the woman in front of her son and then fled.
The woman told cops that Simpson told her he’d found out his wife was cheating on him and he wanted to find her so he could hurt her.
Simpson also allegedly told the woman that he knew where she lived and that if she contacted police he would kill her, according to court documents.
The accused kidnapper’s wife, Sherise, left him in September after nine years of marriage and took their two kids with her.
Around 24 hours after the abduction, Simpson, 41, was captured in a police chase 350 miles away in the western suburbs of Philadelphia.
‘KIDNAPPED MUM AND SON’
Simpson had just escaped from a court-ordered drug treatment center when he stole a car and abducted the mum and child.
He forced the woman to drive to Fairlee and Bradford in Vermont in an apparent attempt to hunt down his estranged wife.
“Everett knows I have an uncle in Bradford, but again he didn’t have his address. I think that’s why he headed there,” she said.
“After texting me repeatedly he called me around noon on Saturday and said he was going to kill himself. That’s something he has said before to get my attention and sympathy,” Sherise said.

BOY WAS SO SCARED HE WET HIMSELF
The five-year-old boy was so scared of Simpson that he wet himself, cops said.
At one point, the affidavit says Simpson tried to rape the woman in the car while it was parked on a roadside.
He stopped the attack when his victim screamed and drew the attention of joggers.
She convinced him to go to a hotel because she felt this would be safer.
“(The woman told police) that she kept asking him to bring her to a hotel because she was afraid that if he raped her beside the road he would kill both her and her son and leave them and because at least most motels had cameras,” a police affidavit reads.
CAPTURED IN POLICE CHASE
Simpson allegedly sexually assaulted the woman in the hotel and then threatened to kill her.
After leaving Vermont Simpson fled to Pennsylvania where police spotted the stolen car he was allegedly driving.
The car was eventually abandoned, and police were searching for the driver when another vehicle was reported stolen.
Officers chased the car until it crashed into a telephone pole. Simpson was taken into custody.
