Meanwhile, Grace – who is coupled up with Alex – will be seen trying to win over the doc in a sexy nurse outfit.

Speaking about his own efforts in the Beach Hut afterwards, Alex said: “I smouldered, I did a bit of smouldering.

“I was having a bit of fun with it. That is the first and last time you’ll ever see Dr Alex stripping, that’s for sure.”

In the Beach Hut, Jack Fincham, 26 – who danced for girlfriend Dani Dyer, 22, says: “This is 15 stone of South East London beef so I thought let’s let them see it.”

The fun challenge comes the night after four contestants were axed in a shock eviction.

Fans were blindsided by a shock dumping yesterday evening as Adam Collard, Alex Miller, Darylle Sargeant and Ellie Jones were all given the boot.

Viewers knew some of the stars would lose their place tonight but they weren’t prepared for the brutal axing of four contestants.

They had been asked to vote for their favourite couple – and those with the least votes were left vulnerable.

The villa’s two singletons – Georgia and Wes – were then asked to couple up with two of them.

Wes chose Megan, and Georgia picked Sam Bird to keep them both in the show.
