CUSTOMERS of Lloyds Bank are reporting issues using the bank’s app and internet banking services this morning.
At the time of writing there were 209 reports of problems with Lloyds’ service on the website Down Detector.
The majority (64 per cent) were reporting problems with the bank’s internet service, while 23 per cent were experiencing issuers with Lloyds’ mobile banking.
It seems users in London and the south are most affected.
One Twitter user wrote: “How can you guys not be aware that there’s problems with online banking? It’s been down since late last night.”
Another user wrote: “Is the app down? Cannot log in – been trying since 6am.”
Someone else commented: “The website is down and so is the mobile app. None of them are working. Tried my phone, and on two different laptops.”
The Sun has asked Lloyds Bank for a comment on the problems and we’ll update this story as soon as we get one.
According to the bank’s website, internet banking, mobile banking and tablet banking were scheduled to be down for maintenance between between 10.30pm on Friday February 8 and 6am on Saturday February 9.
Lloyds last experienced an outage in November when hundreds of customers were left unable to access their cash or accounts.

Lloyds Bank was slammed just last month for making overdraft fees more expensive and complicated for customers.
The bank also announced plans last autumn to close yet more branches.
Meanwhile, one Lloyds bank customer claims he was offered £50 to silence him after staff member called him “a gay fairy”.
