Kylie Jenner confirmed she was back to plumping her pout earlier this month after thanking a nurse for her ‘late night’ lip filler session.
And now the registered nurse behind Kylie’s midnight beauty treatment is opening up about the reality star’s lip fillers.
In an interview with Refinery 29, Pawnta revealed she gave Kylie ‘just a small touch-up on her lip fillers’ the night the star gave her an Instagram shout-out.

The RN also added it’s the only procedure Kylie does.
‘She doesn’t do anything else, just lip fillers,’ she continued.
Since Kylie is just 21 years old and already naturally beautiful, Pawnta prefers to add just ‘a little pout to her lips.’
‘We went the natural route for [Jenner’s] touch-up since she’s so naturally beautiful and a new mom,’ she explained.

‘A lot of people get fillers because they’re getting older and losing the hyaluronic acid in their lips, but she’s so young that it has nothing to do with aging. For her, it’s just about adding a little pout to her lips.’
Pawnta also revealed she prefers to use the filler Juvederm on her clients.
‘I like to use Juvéderm for the lips because it’s made from hyaluronic acid. That means it retains and absorbs water, so it’s specifically great for lips,’ she said.
The procedure takes 30 minutes to complete and, depending on the client, is a ‘very comfortable’ process, according to Pawnta.
Open book: Kylie has previously admitted insecurities over her lip size led her to getting fillers
Pawnta said she ‘definitely’ has younger women coming to see her for lip fillers.
‘We see people of all different ages come through the Motykie Med Spa for different procedures, but I definitely have younger people, especially women between 21 and 30, come in for the lip fillers.
‘If someone has had small lips all their life, was teased in high school, and are looking for a safe cosmetic procedure to boost their confidence, this is it.’
Kylie has previously admitted insecurities over her lip size led her to getting fillers.
Though she initially denied getting lip fillers, she finally came clean about it all in 2015.
In July she revealed she had the fillers removed, but that didn’t last long as earlier this month she was back getting another treatment with Pawnta.
