JAKE HUMPHREY channelled his inner David Brent as he taunted Martin Keown after their bust-up on air.
The former Arsenal defender told the BT Sport presenter he would “put him away” after he mocked his analysis of the 2-0 win over Napoli.
But Humphrey’s sent social media into meltdown as he got his revenge on Twitter after the match.
The 40-year-old used David Brent’s classic catchline as he posted an image of Keown with the caption: “Oooooh, you’re hard.”
One fan replied: “Say that to him 20 years ago on the pitch then Jake.”
While another added: “He is an absolute weapon but he would wipe you out in 30 seconds flat.”
But Humphrey’s continued to fuel the feud as he shared a hilarious photoshopped image with his 909,000 followers.
The pundit cleverly added his face onto the iconic image of Keown, 52, taunting rival Ruud van Nistelrooy from 2003.
He is desperately trying to redeem his reputation after the former England international threatened him in the studio.
It kicked-off between the pair after Keown watched his former team storm to a 2-0 victory at the Emirates.
