MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry are said to want to raise their child on a vegan diet.
The Queen though is thought not to be amused by the idea.
Is Meghan Markle a vegan?
The Duchess of Sussex, 37, has never confirmed she is vegan.
Meghan only eats a plant-based diet during the week – and since meeting the 37-year-old, Harry has reportedly been opting for “less meat and more fruit and veg”, according to reports.
The pair are also said to have been following a healthier lifestyle in the run up to the birth.
While Meghan has always been keen on yoga, the pair are thought to have built a “floating yoga studio” at their new home in Windsor, which is reported to be decorated “in vegan paint”.
Will she raise the royal baby meat-free?
If Meghan and Harry did want their child to follow a similar diet, it’s likely the young royal wouldn’t be completely vegan.
Royal sources have claimed that the Duchess – who once joked she’s a “hippie chick” – has requested Frogmore Cottage be kitted out with its own mother-and-baby yoga room complete with a “floating” floor.
The royal is understood to enjoy vinyasa yoga and hot yoga and used to regularly post snaps to her social media.
On a visit to Birkenhead earlier this year, 34-year-old Harry told Buddhist monk Kelsang Sonam that he practises meditation “every day”.
Why does The Queen not approve of the trendy plant-based diet for Baby Sussex?
Despite the unconfirmed reports, the Queen is said to be not happy about any vegan plans for the baby.
