MAURO ICARDI’S Sister has sensationally claimed his wife Wanda Nara is to blame for the striker’s problems with Inter Milan.
The Chelsea target was stripped of the captaincy this week and goalkeeper Samir Handanovic has been awarded the armband.
It was later announced that Icardi had not made Inter’s squad for the Europa League clash with Rapid Vienna and his sister Ivana has once again blamed his wife Wanda.
As quoted by CN24 and cited by Sport Witness on Twitter, Ivana claimed that should Mauro have had “a serious person behind him”, none of this would have happened.
She added: “My poor brother, why does he continue to allow this? An Inter they don’t allow these attitudes.”
Last month Ivana had claimed Wanda “has s*** for brains” after it was reported that she keeps calling ex-husband Maxi Lopez, who she left for Icardi in 2014.
Argentine Lopez, who was Icardi’s former Inter Milan team-mate, now plays for Vasco da Gama but has three sons with Nara.
Ivana said at the time: “Another victim of this girl’s nonsense. She has sh*t for brains, what can you expect?
“Later she’ll speak about the bad in the world and all those things, she needs a psychiatrist. I don’t know how my brother allows it.”
Elsewhere on social media, Icardi’s team-mate Marcelo Brozovic liked a photo on Instagram that revealed that the Argentine was no longer captain.
However, the Croatian midfielder won’t have to explain his actions to his former captain yet after Icardi was axed from the Nerazzurri’s Europa League squad.

Wanda, who also acts as Icardi’s agent, revealed last month that Inter are yet to offer the striker a new contract amid growing reports of a move to Stamford Bridge.
Speaking to Italian TV show Tiki Taka, Wanda Nara said: “When the management at the club contact me, I’ll respond to their request.
“Until now nobody from Inter has called me to further the negotiations. My telephone is always on and I answer every call I receive.”
Icardi’s current deal expires in 2021 but despite the continued transfer speculation, the striker has continued his good form this season with 15 goals in 28 games.
