JADON SANCHO plays as a winger for Bundesliga club Dortmund and the England national team.
The 18-year-old was previously a youth player at Watford and Manchester City.
Sancho was also part of the squad that won the 2017 Under-17 World Cup.
Following an impressive start to this season, he made the England senior squad for the UEFA Nations League fixtures against Croatia and Spain.
Sancho made his debut as a 78th-minute substitute against Croatia on October 12 in the 0–0 behind-closed-doors away draw.
TOP STORIES FROM THE PREMIER LEAGUE
Just how good is Jadon Sancho?
Sancho has starred for Bundesliga leaders Borussia Dortmund this season, scoring five goals and assisting eight in 14 games in all competitions.
Paris Saint-Germain are said to have taken note, while Dortmund coach Lucien Favre says: “He has a lot of potential.
“He’s only 18, and he’s already playing with the England national team.
“At the age of 18, that’s something special, you don’t see it very often.
“Of course he can still improve a lot, that’s quite normal and he knows that. But he’s already very good.”
How did Sancho end up in Germany?
London-born Sancho, who describes his style of play as “a bit tricky” and “direct,” joined Dortmund in 2017 after turning down a contract at Manchester City, where he had been part of the academy after moving there from his hometown team Watford.
He didn’t believe City could offer him senior football and, in the short-term at least, his choice has been vindicated.
Are we likely to see Sancho in the Premier League any time soon?
Sancho has just signed a new long term deal with Dortmund that has reportedly tripled his wages to £2.7m a year.
Along with PSG both Manchester United and, maybe, City are said to be looking into a January transfer window move.
Dortmund have issued hands-off warnings but often use the teenager off the bench and he says: “Obviously, I don’t want to be a sub – but if I keep on working hard hopefully I can get in the starting XI.”
How much is Jadon Sancho thought to be worth?
Some reports claim the young Londoner could command a transfer fee of £100million given his age and undoubted talent.
