Emmerdale’s Debbie Dingle (Charley Webb) has finally agreed to marry her boyfriend Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) after he asked her earlier this month.
The Emmerdale cast member is also going through a hard time with her daughter Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill), who has been diagnosed with heart failure.
Sarah is in desperate need of a heart transplant, but things aren’t looking good for her after she lost a potential heart at the last minute.
The teenager is trying her best to carry on, and now has something to look forward to with the upcoming nuptials, but will it all end in tragedy?
Ned has hinted the wedding will have some serious drama, telling Metro.co.uk: “I think to expect that there’s a wedding ahead and for there to be no drama, that would make no sense at all!
“There’s always going to be drama, tragedy and joy following Joe and Debbie’s relationship – whether they’ll actually get a chance to get any of the happiness they have been pursuing, who knows? But there will definitely be drama ensuing.”
Could Joe and Debbie end up not getting married as Sarah takes a turn for the worse at the wedding?

It doesn’t look good for the teen, who has been told by doctors to expect the worst on several occasions.
Meanwhile, Joe’s assistant Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough) has been interfering with their relationship ever since he discovered they were engaged.
He was seen talking to a mystery person on the phone before leaving a prenup agreement for Debbie to find, making her think Joe didn’t trust her.

While the pair patched things up, it looks like their wedding could be facing more than one hurdle.
What else does he have planned for the couple?
Emmerdale continues tonight at 7pm on ITV.
