Cursed came out on July 17 on Netflix with all 10 episodes released at once. Viewers can binge-watch Netflix’s latest fantasy drama. With the drama now out, fans are already asking about the future of the show.
Cursed tells the story of the Arthurian legend with King Arthur, the knights of the Round Table and the magical sword which was Excalibur.
However, there is a major twist in this series as it is all told from the perspective of Nimue (played by Katherine Langsford).
What many people may not realise is that Nimue, also known as the Lady of the Lake, had a major part in Arthur’s success as she not only gave him the sword, she also raised Lancelot after his father died.
In this series, viewers will get to see her involvement in the legend and how she became known as the lady of the lake.

Cursed is based on a novel of the same name written by Frank Miller and Tom Wheeler which came out in October 2019.
Around one year before though, Netflix had announced they would be turning the book into a series.
In an interview with Barnes and Noble, Wheeler said: “Cursed was always envisioned as a publishing project first.
“The very next day after our meeting with [publisher] Simon & Schuster, we received a call from Netflix (I’m not sure how they knew about any of this, I assume they have spy satellites or something) enquiring about the rights to Cursed and our interest in possibly developing it as a TV series or feature.”
