CORONATION Street fans were left fearing for Sally Metcalfe’s life as she fell through the factory roof during tonight’s show.
The soap favourite – played by Sally Dynevor – took a tumble as the a part of the building came crashing down and her sister, Gina, screamed for her.
And now viewers fear that Sally might not make it out alive, taking to Twitter to make their feelings known. However, the real action comes Wednesday – when we should hopefully know who didn’t make it through.

A fourth said: “I swear to god if Sally dies I’M gna be STRIKING watching corrie!”
Sally was on the roof with the protesting Underworld workers.
Thet decided to occupy the factory to protest their boss Carla Connor deciding to outsource knicker production to keep costs down.
The protesters – accompanied by Gemma Winter and Emma Brooker – storm the factory and barricade themselves inside.
Sally Metcalfe and Gina Seddon head up onto the scaffolding which has been put up by builder Gary Windass who is in the middle of doing a patch-up job on the dodgy roof.
But the peaceful protest soon took a nasty turn when the sisters have a furious argument as months of tension comes spilling out.
A scream is heard before Sally falls and the roof caves in on itself. Inside the factory, Sally lies unconscious and trapped under a pile of debris from the roof.
The other workers can be seen lying slumped and also buried under rubble while a burst pipe send leaking water towards a live cable.
Show boss Iain Macleod had previously described the scenes were “heart-breaking”.
He added: “It’s a colossal big stunt.
“It will at first appear to be an accident. It will then be revealed that it was a criminal enterprise that caused it to collapse.“And someone will be dying in said collapse.
“This is the beginning of the next generation of a Corrie bad guy.”

The factory collapse will be the start of that.”Nick Tilsley, played by Ben Price, will be investigated for the collapse as police officers discover it was definitely sabotage and believe it was done as part of an insurance scam.
A TV source told The Sun’s Bizarre TV Column: “They have just filmed scenes where cops are asking questions about Nick, his whereabouts on the day and involvement in Underworld.
“When the victim’s family ask officers if they think Nick did it as part of a insurance scam, they say they are exploring all lines of enquiry, but keep it vague.
In recent weeks, Ben filmed scenes where Nick was furious with Carla for trying to oust him out the business, so it could be revenge.”
