IT’S back! After two years, our favourite charity fundraiser Red Nose Day is returning to our screens.
Keep up to date with Comic Relief 2019 with us as we follow the bi-annual event live which will split your sides while raising money for a good cause…
It’s one of the biggest fundraising events in the UK and not to mention a total hoot.
So get ready to dust off your comedy red noses in the name of charity.
The biennial extravaganza only takes place every other year so even more reason to celebrate!
And this year is set to be a good one… We’ve already seen some celebs – including half of Little Mix – scale Kilimanjaro and others be put through their paces by Lord Sugar in the boardroom for the celeb special of The Apprentice.
Plus we have the Four Weddings and a Funeral sequel to look forward to – from the creator of Comic Relief himself, director Richard Curtis.
The Comic Relief telethon will start at 7pm and run right through to 2.30am tomorrow morning.
It’ll briefly switch to BBC Two when coverage on BBC One breaks for The News from 10pm to 10.40pm.
And just like usual, Sir Lenny Henry, who is one of the founding members of the Red Nose Day telethon, will be taking the reins as the main presenter of the night.
But David Tennant, Joe Sugg, Paddy McGuinness, Emma Willis, Romesh Ranganathan, Rob Beckett, Alesha Dixon, Clara Amfo and Zoe Ball will all be joining him throughout the evening.
Not only is the evening guaranteed to be a barrel of laughs but it will hopefully be one that raises a lot of money.
Since it was created 30-years ago the charity has raised an astonishing £1billion for disadvantaged people living in the UK and around the world.
Keep reading to stay up-to-date on what’s going on as the evening unravels…
