What happened to Katherine Smith?

Katherine, 26, met Tony Moore, 46, on the dating website Plenty of Fish back in September 2017.

After they started dating for a few weeks, she was found dead in her Cardiff flat with 33 stab wounds.

On his dating profile, Tony had knocked ten years off his age to seduce her.

He even lied about his name, he’s actually called Anthony Lowe.

Cops scrambled to her home after receiving a 999 call from one of Katherine’s friends.

They found her lying in a pool of blood.

Radioing in the grim discovery – captured on body cameras – an officer says: “We got a Code Blue here.”

When is the documentary on TV?

The documentary provides close up access to the work of the South Wales Police Specialist Crime Unit.

Thirty-six hours after police received the first call about Katherine’s death, Supt Jones and his team have enough evidence to charge Lowe on suspicion of murder.

It will air on a prime time slot at 9pm on Wednesday April 3.
