SKY SPORTS pundit Chris Kamara has been mocked after he sang Christmas song “Let it Snow” on Good Morning Britain in April.
The footballer turned commentator is known for his surprising cameos on various, non-football shows.
Having hung up his boots, Kamara has become a recognisable media personality since the late ’90s, featuring on various football shows.
But the former Portsmouth and Leeds player is no stranger to entertain the public on non-sports related programmes, featuring on Take Me Out, among others.
In 2013 he delighted fans by showing off some boogie moves in a Soccer AM dance off.
But performing a rendition of a Christmas song in April was too much for some.
Kamara appeared on GMB on Friday to talk about the return of his Ninja Warrior UK game show.
He was then asked about his Christmas album, which is due to be released later this year.
Kamara couldn’t contain excitement as he was talking about his collaboration with a 22-piece band orchestra, saying: “I just pinch myself.”
The TV pundit then picked up a mic and performed a piano rendition of “Let It Snow”, some eight months ahead of Christmas.
And viewers had mixed feelings about his cameo.

While Heather wrote: “Chris Kamara. My ears #letitstop.”
And Kayleigh added: “Chris Kamara singing a Christmas song this morning has finished off what has been a truly horrendous week.”
