BROADBAND provider BT is down leaving hundreds of users without internet and unable to log on their emails.
Around 350 customers have reported problems with broadband, phone network and email service since around half past nine this morning, according to Down Detector.
BT has confirmed the ongoing problems on its service status section on its website.
Customers living in areas such as Skipton, Wrexham, Exeter and Swansea have been experiencing issues with their phone lines since yesterday evening.
It appears that’s also when customers began having problems connecting to the internet via BT broadband.
BT also hosts email addresses, but some customers have been left locked out of their accounts since around 8am this morning via the website or the Yahoo! app.
In a statement on the website, it said: “Our tech teams are working hard to get this fixed as soon as possible and we’re sorry for any problems this issue is causing.”
