Taking to WeddingBee, she wrote: “I am having second thoughts about this dress.”

She shared a photo of herself in the gown, which features a lace top with peplum detailing and a simple skirt.

The bride added: “This is how it looks without being tailored or fitted just yet.

“I think waist needs to be put in a little more but I am worried its too plain or that it’s the best shape to compliment my figure. Any ideas?”

Despite her worries, people have told her that she looks stunning in her dress – saying it’s far from plain.

One person commented: “I’ve been a member here for ages, like 7 years and that might be the most beautiful dress I’ve seen yet!

“You look absolutely amazing in it. Don’t have any regret, it’s perfect!!”

Another person wrote: “Not too plain at all!

“From the title I was expecting it to be the generic lace dress that 80% of the brides worldwide get since 2000 but it’s definitely not!

“It has personality and uniqueness to it. Nothing standard!”

Some people thought it could use a few accessories to jazz it up, particularly if she feared it was too simple.

One person suggested: “I wouldn’t consider this dress plain at all.

“A cathedral veil and some drop down earrings would be so beautiful.”

Agreeing, this person commented: “That dress is not plain at all!

“A head piece or veil, some statement earrings and a bracelet can give you some more ooomph if you like.

“And your waist looks pretty tiny already!”
