Brexit vote live – MPs start Commons debate on whether to back Theresa May’s deal

At 2.30pm, the House of Commons will decide whether or not to approve the withdrawal agreement – having voted it down twice before.

The PM looks to be headed for defeat – unless she can win over dozens more MPs in time.
