Boy, 3, killed after Toyota crashes into him in North London


A three-year-old old boy has died after after a Toyota crashed into him last night.

Paramedics and police raced to East Finchley in North London and took the child to hospital, but he was pronounced dead soon after.

His family have been informed.

The driver of the Toyota Rav4 stopped at the scene and has not been arrested.

Cops are now appealing to hear from anyone with dashcam footage or who witnessed the crash first hand.

Police were first called shortly after 7pm on Wednesday night to East End Road,

Any witnesses or those with dash cam footage are asked to call the Met’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 020 8246 9820, on 101.
