AN AUDI supercar worth £130k has been written off after its owner rammed it into some discarded street furniture – before fleeing the scene on foot.
The white Audi R8 Spyder veered off the road in Stretford, Manchester, last night.
Cops photographed the damage before tweeting out an appeal to find the owner.
The vehicle’s front left passenger side was smashed in, with extra damage to the front and rear wheels.

It ploughed into some discarded street furniture before careering into a sign on Northumberland Road.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said: “Single vehicle RTA in Stretford. This Audi R8 Spyder collided with several items of street furniture after losing control and veering off the road.
“Surprisingly, the driver didn’t stick around, vehicle recovered for a forensic exam.”
