ARSENE WENGER is ready to return to football but will NOT come back to the Premier League.
The former Arsenal boss was “hurt” after his 22-year Emirates’ reign came to an end last summer.
Wenger is said to have nursed his bruises over the past seven months — but has now told close friends he feels ready to get back into the game.
It is understood Wenger now has FOUR offers on the table, including club jobs.
The 69-year-old has made it clear he cannot join another Prem club because of his bond with Arsenal.
A friend said: “Arsene suffered over the past few months but now feels ready to come back into football.
“He is as obsessed by the game as ever — that has not changed at all.
“All the time, he watches matches. He still loves football.
“Arsene wants to coach again. He feels he has a lot more to give.
“But he feels he cannot coach in the Premier League, because of what Arsenal still means to him.”

One option would be to take charge of the French national academy at Clairefontaine, but it is understood Wenger’s preferred choice would be at the cutting edge of the game.
He has previously been linked with European giants such as Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich, while former Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis now has a similar role at AC Milan.
