TOTTENHAM and Arsenal will have to stump up £45million if they want to sign Real Madrid star Dani Ceballos.
The North London rivals are believed to be keen on bringing the 22-year-old Spaniard in from La Liga.
But according to AS the midfielder won’t come cheap despite not being a regular at the Bernabeu.
After signing him from Real Betis in the summer of 2017 for £14m on a six-year deal, the powers that be at Madrid believe he is one for the future.
Spurs are believed to be the front-runners for him – and they may have the edge in that they have a player that interests the Spanish giants in Christian Eriksen.
SunSport exclusively revealed that Madrid are ready to offer Tottenham £45million plus blossoming midfielder Ceballos to get their hands on the Dane.
ERIKSEN CEBALLOS SWAP?
Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has put the Spurs midfielder on his shopping list despite already raiding the Premier League for Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard this summer.
Ceballos is away on international duty with Spain at the Euro Under-21 Championship and scored his country’s goal in Sunday’s 3-1 defeat by Italy.
The Spaniard, 22, has told Zidane he wants to leave after struggling for game time last season.
Spurs have been linked with him for months but only in a straight cash deal to add him to Pochettino’s midfield armoury.

Eriksen, 27, revealed two weeks ago that he wants to leave Spurs to “try something new”.
He has only one year left on his contract and is unlikely to sign an extension given his comments.
