She is pocketing the incredible sum after landing a string of six-figure deals on top of her telly work.

The mum of two is believed to be earning around £1million as a judge on two series of BGT — the latest, which sees former contestants compete in a Champions series, starts on August 31.

She is also thought to net around £1.5million as the co-presenter of the Heart radio breakfast show.

A further £1million comes from a record deal with Virgin EMI after a bidding war over her musical future.

The Sun revealed in February that Amanda was the subject of a battle between Warner, Sony and Universal after a singalong she filmed went viral.

She is also paid £500,000 for her work with High Street giant Marks and Spencer and the same amount again for her QVC interiors range.

And her latest venture is a clothing range with Fenn Wright Manson, which is out this week. She is earning another half a million for the project.

Pieces from the range, first for Fenn Wright Manson, are named after Amanda’s closest friends including BGT judge Alesha Dixon as well as her daughters Alexa, 13, and Hollie, seven.

Amanda has also filmed a guest appearance in ITV’s comedy Plebs, to be screened in the autumn.

A source said: “Amanda’s earning potential has gone through the roof the last few years. She’s raking it in from various angles and is sitting very pretty right now.”

Amanda has just got back from a luxury holiday in Puglia, Italy with her record producer husband Chris Hughes. Today she uploaded a snap of her kids with her parents Judith and Frank.

The source added: “She loves the glitz and glamour but also is very down to earth. She’s as happy rubbing shoulders with superstars as she is in Cornwall with the family.

“She has been told she’s overtaken other female TV stars including Holly Willoughby and the likes of Claudia Winkleman. She couldn’t believe it.

“She is determined not to let her growing bank balance go to her head.”

Amanda and Chris have two properties — a sprawling family home in Surrey and a country retreat in the Cotswolds.

How Amanda made her fortune

  • Britain’s Got Talent: Amanda has judged on the hit reality show since its start in 2007. With two series of the show this year thanks to a special spin-off called Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions, the TV judge is expected to earn around £1million for the show.
  • Heart radio: Amanda has co-hosted the Heart radio breakfast show along with Jamie Theakston since June. She is expected to net around £1.5 million for the role, making her a higher earner than Radio 2’s Zoe Ball.
  • Record deal: The star signed a £1million record deal with Virgin EMI last month after a singalong she filmed went viral. The video of her singing Tightrope from hit film The Greatest Showman clocked up almost 1.5million views on social media.
  • Fenn Wright Mason: Amanda’s range with the brand is out this week, and has earned her a further £500,000. The pieces from her collection are named after her closest friends.
  • Marks and Spencer: Her work with the highstreet giant has raked in another £500,000 for Amanda. The work includes voiceovers for their self-service tills along with fellow BGT stars Ant and Dec and Alesha Dixon.
  • QVC: Amanda signed a deal with TV shopping network QVC for her own homeware range, earning her another £500,000.
