WE'RE getting to the business end of The X Factor 2017, with the all-important live shows in full swing.

This is when the show hots up, as the acts who made it through (plus a few lucky wildcards) vie to become a musical superstar. Here's the lowdown on which acts remain…

Who has left the X Factor so far and who won last weekend's shows?

The third weekend of live shows kicked off with Kevin Davey White winning the Saturday show again and Jack and Joel being sent home.

On the second night Lloyd Macey was the overall winner whilst Alisah Bonaobra was sent home.

The Prize fight was won by Lloyd Macey and he will now be supporting Little Mix on their tour in Manchester.

Last weekend, the first X Factor live show saw Tracey Leanne Jefford booted off and sent home.

Wildcards

Dermot O'Leary confirmed that Wildcards would work slightly differently in this year's show – and the twist was revealed at the end of second judges' houses episode.

Four Wildcard acts have been given a chance to go through to the Live Shows, and the public voted to save one act in each category from the dozen who failed to make it.

Unfortunately, though, you're now too late to have your say  – voting closed at 1.00pm on Monday October 23.

Ahead of the first live show, The Sun exclusively revealed that the lucky four acts were Jack and Joel, Leon Mallet, Alisah Bonaobra and Talia Dean.

Unfortunately all of the wildcards have now been sent home.

When is The X Factor 2017 on ITV and who are the judges?

After launching on September 2, X Factor 2017 continues every Saturday and Sunday on ITV.

The show began, as always, with auditions as the nationwide hunt to find this year's winning act begins.

Despite heavy speculation of a judging shake up, the panel is exactly the same as last year.

This means Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger, Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne hold the hopefuls' fates in their hands.

Fan favourite Dermot O'Leary has returned to hosting duties after making his big comeback to the show last year.

Leon Mallett voted off The X Factor 2017 in the second week

Days later Cheryl did the same by “liking her pregnant friend’s bare bump photo” but it was all a false alarm.

The couple announced that Cheryl and Liam became parents on Wednesday, March 22, 2017.
