Who is Daz Spencer actor Mark Jordon and what else has he been in?
Mark Jordon was born January 25, 1965 in Oldham, Lancashire.
The 53-year-old is of Polish and Irish descent and is best known for playing PC Phil Bellamy in ITV’s police drama Heartbeat.
Mark has vast experience when it comes to the soaps, having had small roles in EastEnders, Coronation Street, Hollyoaks, Doctors, and Casualty.
He also set up production company Joepop Productions which enabled him to direct his first short film To The Sea Again which played at Moondance in 2007.

When did he join Emmerdale?
Mark first joined the cast of Emmerdale in a short-term role in 2014 before reprising it in 2017 to become a series regular.
His latest storyline leaves Daz the chief suspect in a kidnapping plot after his biological daughter Amelia goes missing.
During an exclusive interview with The Sun Online, Mark explained that the plot “definitely turns dark and there are some really upsetting scenes to come…
“There’s a lot [of talk] about Daz kidnapping her since he has been pushed out of the village from his brother.
“It may be one of numerous things but I think that whatever has set it off – it might be the surprise later that everybody else will invest in. It’s not what it seems.”
