DAVID MOYES says his newly-assembled backroom staff will bring the “desire and hunger” back to West Ham.
The Hammers announced at the weekend their former left-back and England No3 Stuart Pearce is joining Alan Irvine as assistant managers at the London Stadium.

And they have been joined on the coaching team by Billy McKinlay, who has left his role at Sunderland to reunite with Moyes after working with him at the Stadium of Light last season.
Goalkeeper coach Chris Woods is the other member of the group, with the ex-Sheffield Wednesday stopper keeping his role at the club after being appointed by the axed Slaven Bilic.
Moyes wasted no time in getting to work with his new side following his arrival last week, and now he is delighted to have his trusted lieutenants all in place to help West Ham climb the table.
He said: “I’m really pleased to welcome Alan, Stuart and Billy to the club, along with Chris who was already here, and I’m looking forward to working with them all.

“I wanted to get their appointments finalised as quickly as possible and it’s great that we now have a full week together before the game at Watford on Sunday.
“I’ve obviously worked with Alan, Billy and Chris previously, and I’m also looking forward to working with Stuart, who I have got to know well over the years.
