For years now, Giggs has flirted with the idea of coaching or management, with PVF offering the former United star the opportunity.
In a statement, PVF claimed Giggs would hold a host of wide-ranging responsibilities.
They revealed: “[Giggs] will be responsible for coaching players, training coaches and participating in building and developing PVF to become the leading youth football training centre in Vietnam, in line with famous football academies across the world.”
Later this month, PVF will welcome both Giggs and Scholes to help with the opening ceremony of their new training centre.
