LOVE Island champion Jessica Hayes has transformed her appearance with a combination of Botox and fillers to COMPLETELY change the shape of her face – shortly after suggesting she "didn't recognise" herself.
The reality TV star spoke exclusively to The Sun Online after she plumped for Facial Sculpting treatment to banish longstanding gripes about her "too round" visage and the "irritating" dimples on her chin.
Jessica Hayes has transformed her look since winning Love Island in 2015, having additional Botox (centre in 2016), and to her current look now after Facial Sculpting
She will soon opt for either teeth whitening or a set of veneers to complete her pre-Christmas image re-vamp.
Jessica, 25, looks dramatically different to when she was crowned winner of the raunchy reality TV show in 2015.
She admitted to us she had ramped up the amount of cosmetic treatments over the intervening years – yet staunchly denied she was "addicted" to going under the needle.
Her recent Facial Sculpting, at the hands of Dr Nina Bal in her London surgery, combined "baby Botox" in the upper part of her face, a dermal filler to better define her cheekbones and additional Botox and filler in the jaw to achieve what is deemed to be the most-desired heart-shaped face structure.
Jessica underwent cosmetic treatment in London after gripes about her 'round face' The model had 'baby Botox' in her forehead She went to Dr Nina Bal's clinic in London Fillers were then injected into her jawline
Jessica admitted the procedures sounded dramatic – but were "worth the pain."
She exclusively told us: "At the end of the day it's something I want to do so I will do it.
"I wanted to change the shape of my face a little bit and the dent in my chin was bothering me.
"It's gone now and now I'm happy.
Jessica, 24, was candid about how procedures give her a confidence boost
"It's not changing because I'm unhappy with the way I look, it's just enhancing what I want.
"I'm not having surgery – things like Botox and fillers are not surgery."
The brunette telly beauty, who won the show with cricketer Max Morley but did not stay in a relationship with him for long, was eager to address previous reports she regretted her new look and penchant for pepping up her appearance.
She told OK!: "I do look back at myself in pictures and think that’s not me!
Dr Nina helped Jessica to achieve a 'heart-shaped' face
"I wouldn’t say I’ve overdone it on the work but I do regret some of it."
Setting the record straight, she told us: "I didn't say I regretted it – I said sometimes I look a lot different.
"I do look different – if you want to look a certain way you should be able to do that.
"I don't regret it. It had been bugging me for a while."

The stunning model, who is now combining her catwalk duties with a new false eyelash business, candidly opened up on how creating her picture-perfect look helped address issues with insecurity which stemmed from childhood.
She admitted this, coupled with a public pressure to be "perfect", has resulted in her stark contrast from two years ago.
Jessica said: "When you are in the public eye you do want to be perfect.
"Before I was on TV and stuff I was quite natural, but obviously you want to look your best so you are going to have these treatments done.
"Everyone has it – and at least I'm honest about it."

ITV Jessica didn't stay with Love Island boyfriend Max for long Planet Photos She has now set up a beauty business since her show win
She added: "It has given me a lot more confidence.
"If anyone is insecure about anything go and do it.
"You can't spend your life miserable – you live once."
Yet eager to promote safe surgery Jessica insisted clients have to know their limits.

HOLLYWOOD superstar and Wolverine himself HUGH JACKMAN put it all on the line for his epic new musical masterpiece.
The Aussie turned down a shot at playing James Bond and even risked his health in order to get his new £63million movie telling the story of circus king PT Barnum to the big screen.
© 2017 20th Century Fox/New Regency. All Rights Reserved. Hugh Jackman, who is starring in 'The Greatest Showman', has taken his hand at guest editing Bizarre
And today he reveals all as The Greatest Showman takes over The Greatest Showbiz Column, ahead of its UK release on Boxing Day.
Hugh, who also starred in X-Men spin-off Logan this year, pitched the film to movie bosses just 24 hours after having a skin cancer op on his nose after a string of health scares.
He tells me: “It has been 23 years since a studio had said yes to an original musical.
“I thought there’s about a one in ten chance this movie happens. But we’re going for it.
Bizarre's Dan Wootton with the Hollywood A-lister Handout The actor is famously known for his portrayal of Wolverine in X-men
“My doctor had said, ‘Do not sing, you’ve just had 80 stitches in your nose. They really could split apart, you could get an infection’, which I’d had before in a similar operation.
"So I was like, ‘Don’t worry I’m not going to risk that, I’m just going to speak it and someone else will sing it’.
“But the emotion of the song and the moment took over me.

“I have been involved with this for seven and a half years. It’s been honestly, Dan, like one of the best years of my life.
“Logan has similar kind of personal attachment for me. I was involved in that from the beginning. I was involved in this from the beginning.
“I never thought that they would happen back to back.
“I love that they happened back to back because I like doing very different things all the time but it really has worked out.

“I couldn’t have written the script better myself.”
A few years ago Hugh was offered the chance to take on the role of James Bond — but he rejected the approach so he could make movies just like The Greatest Showman.
He explains: “I wasn’t handed it. I think it was, ‘Are you interested?’.
“Weirdly, at drama school we’d all kind of muck around and voted on what each other would most likely be if they made it to Hollywood and everyone voted me as a Bond.

"So in a way I could see myself being more of a Bond than a Wolverine.
“Wolverine has been the greatest gift of my career but it’s been a little surprising to me how long I’ve done it, how many movies, how successful it is and at a certain point how known for that role I was becoming.
“I always wanted to do different things. I wanted to do musicals, I wanted to do Shakespeare and theatre and dramas like Prisoners.
“I just thought the practicality of doing those two behemoths would mean not just that I wouldn’t have the opportunity but I worried that it would be sending a message to the business like that’s what I want to do, I want to be known for.”
Film 4 On the role of Bond, Hugh said 'At drama school we’d all kind of muck around and voted on what each other would most likely be if they made it to Hollywood and everyone voted me as a Bond'
Life-affirming movie The Greatest Showman focuses on Barnum’s legendary circus freak show of the 1860s and also stars ZENDAYA, ZAC EFRON and the brilliant newcomer KEALA SETTLE as a bearded lady.
Hugh says: “It’s trying to walk in people’s shoes and understand them before judging them.
“Back in Barnum’s day, it was sacrilegious what he was doing.
“People believed they (the subjects of freak shows) were God’s mistakes. Families were ashamed. They were locked in basements.

“He made them famous and really wealthy. It’s not dissimilar to X-Men if you think about it.
“The mutants is really a euphemism for a freak or just feeling different or literally every teenager on the planet.
“Feeling misunderstood or feeling the pressure to be someone they’re not, like music that they don’t really like, wear clothes that everyone thinks is cool but they don’t love.”
The movie is being released at a time of increasing social tolerance, including the vote to allow gay marriage in Hugh’s home country.

He says: “Huge strides have been made. If you look what’s going on about sexual preferences. Australia just voted for, you know, equality and gay marriage.
“In terms of history, if you take a 40,000ft view, massive changes are happening really quickly.
"I would say things are moving at a historic level in terms of speed and our ability to open our minds to
people who are different than us.”
With the festive release of The Greatest Showman, and Hugh already having a Golden Globe nomination for his performance, he is taking a rare break from acting.
Alamy Phineas Taylor "P. T." Barnum (1810-1891), an American politician, showman, businessman and founder of the Barnum & Bailey Circus
He says: “I’m unemployed right now. My wife loves that I’m unemployed right now but talk to us in about a month.
“I am happy to say I don’t know what’s next. I’m kind of deliberately creating a little bit of a vacuum in order to just find the next thing.
“I’m back to Oz for Christmas and then I don’t know what’s next — unique, surreal, I’ll admit at times a little frightening, but 90 per cent exciting.”
That’s a perfect way to describe The Greatest Showman, too.
- The Greatest Showman is in UK cinemas from Boxing Day.
THE success of La La Land, right, provides hope that The Greatest Showman can achieve box office glory, Hugh thinks. He says: “We’re a more traditional, all-family musical. I think our musical probably plays to a slightly wider audience.
“I love La La Land and I love the fact that it convinced studio people and money people that this can actually make money and be a good business as well as give great joy. I am someone who’s always loved musicals. But a bunch of people out there are like, ‘I’ll never see this’.
“It’s like, ‘I’ll never eat Japanese food’, they’re very definite about it.
“And I think La La Land surprised people. I think any time a film can do that, it’s great for everybody.”
Songwriters Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, who won an Oscar for La La Land, have provided material for The Greatest Showman. Hugh says: “They’re on a roll, and I love that Michael Gracey, our director, found them.
“We started with the idea of finding the biggest writers on the planet.
“We went up to PHARRELL WILLIAMS, BRUNO MARS, MACKLEMORE & LEWIS, who actually give a little help on the first number.
“And then we got these young guys and that’s how they’re going in.”
- CIRQUE du Soleil is the modern version of the circus portrayed in The Greatest Showman. Hugh says: “If Barnum was alive today he’d be researching virtual reality, he would be saying, ‘How do I reach as many people as possible as powerfully as possible in a way they never thought possible’.”
HUGH thinks circus boss Barnum wanted the world to “just have some fun”. He says: “His quote that, ‘The noblest art is that of making others happy’ is beautiful. That ultimately is what we’re trying to do with this film.”
- THE circus in the film features animals, which were all created using CGI, apart from one horse. Hugh says: “Remember this as a bygone era. I love the fact that there are no animals in circuses now. No one involved in our film is advocating for that, it’s just a historical fact.”
Hugh on his co-stars
Zendaya: ONE of the most impressive young women I’ve ever met. I hadn’t heard of her when the name came up, but my daughter knew. I was so impressed with her from the get go. I’ve worked with BEYONCE and she’s got a similar thing where she’s just a natural. She’s an amazing singer, dancer, actor and she’s one of the smartest, most mature young people you’ll meet.

Zac Efron: HOW great is he in this movie? You know the guy from Hugh School Musical. I thought he was great in that, then Hairspray ten years ago, fantastic. His work ethic is amazing. We worked out together yesterday. I’ve still got a little bit of pride in me so I try not to put myself in situations where I’m going to be completely humiliated – he’s a very, very fit guy.

Michelle Williams: SHE’S one of the great actors. She’s been nominated for four Oscars, she might get another one this year. I saw her on Broadway do Cabaret. She’s a phenomenal singer. She’s perfect to play (Barnum’s wife) Charity because you needed to have someone grounded, that you believed that no matter what was going wrong in their relationship would stand by him.

The Celebrity Big Brother star has made no secret of her desire to go under the knife to correct a botched nose job, previously revealing on This Morning that she was considering an operation in January.
While Chloe – who recently also sparked engagement rumours – has spent an incredible £100k on surgery overall, she admitted her last surgery – which she underwent in Ukraine – left her with major complications.
Speaking to Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford in August, she confessed: "I can't breathe or smell through my nose anymore.
"My first nose surgery was on Harley Street, a British surgeon, conservative and minimal. He didn't want it to look freakish but I wanted it to be small. They wouldn’t do what I wanted,' she said, her reason for deciding against returning to them."
