THE I’m A Celebrity camp is set to be hit by a week of heavy rain – meaning TV producers have had to prepare a contingency plan if an evacuation is needed.

Jungle sources revealed that preparations have been made to move the stars from Croc Creek if it badly downpours.
The insider said the celebrities would have to be moved to a “temporary site on higher ground” if the conditions do not improve.
The wet weather is forecast to hit tomorrow so filming could be affected.
A show source said: “We are preparing for all eventualities. Provisions are in place for soggy conditions and campmates are equipped with waterproofs to wear should it rain heavily.

In the extreme situation that the celebrities need to be evacuated from the camp the producers have the plan ready to go.
“It’s just a shame for viewers back home in the UK who like to see the celebs enjoying the warm weather.
"There is also more chance of the women donning their bikinis for the the waterfall shower scenes when it’s warm, so they’re hoping it will brighten up as soon as possible.”
