Diner slams ‘vile’ Wagamama customer who put his bare FEET on seat at restaurant

A MUM’s Wagamama lunch with her kids was ruined by a diner who ate with his bare feet resting on the seats next to him.

Saffron Snow, 31, complained about the man’s “vile” feet and “rank” toenails on Twitter and Snapchat.

She took a picture captioned: “Man with his vile feet out in Wagamama” with an angry and sick face emoji.

And she added: “Having to eat opposite this ruined lovely service and lovely food.

“His toenails were rank as well. Grim.”

Saffron visited Wagamama in her home town Cheltenham, Gloucs, on Tuesday with a friend and her newborn son and 18-month-old daughter.

She said: “It absolutely ruined what was a lovely lunch with a friend.

“The food was delicious but this really ruined it — I hate feet at the best of times.

“It was unbelievably rude and shows manners have gone down the pan. It really put me off my food.

“Service was great and the food was lovely but I couldn’t believe staff didn’t say anything to him.

“It’s a sign of how people don’t care about other people any more.

“He even had the cheek to turn around and glare at my daughter who was being a bit loud.”

After her tweets, the restaurant chain asked if she pointed it out to staff at the branch.

Saffron said: “No I didn’t but they could see. I couldn’t be bothered with the argument from the man in question, I was with my children.”

In September we revealed what the name Wagamama really means in Japanese, and it may surprise you.
