A BOY of TWELVE was found by police carrying heroin, a large knife, a wad of cash and two phones.
The youngster was being hunted for a string of other crimes when he was collared by officers on Monday.

He was held on suspicion of planning to sell the drugs in Basildon, Essex.
It makes the lad — who was on bail at the time — one of the youngest suspected dealers in Britain.
Following the arrest Crime Scene Investigation officer Vikki Jones tweeted: “Pretty sure he wasn’t popping to the shops for lunch . . . #onlycowardscarry.”
