Concussed player waits TEN minutes before being treated… and team-mate pushes paramedic over when they finally arrive

A CONCUSSED player was forced to wait TEN minutes for treatment… and a team-mate then shoved the paramedic when they finally arrived.

In a bizarre series of events former Hertha Berlin ace Christian Muller, 33, was caught in the face during Wuppertal vs Uerdingen in a German regional league.

Muller lay on the ground with his face covered in blood… yet still no help came from the sidelines.

As some players looked on baffled, some ran over to the stands to seek help.

Eventually, the stadium announcer got involved, desperately asking for help from the paramedics.

Yet still, no help came for Muller, still clearly in absolute agony, sporting a serious head wound.

According to Wuppertal, they had to force four paramedics from the stadium entrance to get onto the pitch to help the stricken star.

Club sporting director Manuel Bolstler claims the medical team said they were not responsible for the players and would have to consult their chief of operations.

Minutes continued to pass and when the medics did eventually make it to the pitch, they did so WITHOUT a stretcher because “their vehicle was nearby”.

Eventually, after all of ten minutes, they returned with a stretcher to help the heavily bleeding Muller.
