A KISSOGRAM who once lapdanced for Simon Cowell on BGT assaulted a man on a stag night and then falsely accused him of sexual assault, a court heard.

Kerri Graham, who performed for Cowell during the 2013 series of the TV show, was hired to perform at the stag in Brighton by Rakesh Pathak.

It is alleged Graham, of Grifon Road in Thurrock, Essex, punched her client and also wasted police time when she reported him for sexual assault.

When she arrived at Brighton’s Walkabout nightclub, staff told the 48-year-old she was not allowed to strip inside, Brighton Magistrates’ Court heard.

Mr Pathak then asked staff at Pryzm, opposite Walkabout, if she could perform in there but was again rejected by the club.

He told the court he had wanted “someone larger” in stature to embarrass his brother-in-law, who was the stag.

Speaking from behind a screen, he told the court he paid more than £200 for Graham’s services and when he went back to Walkabout she was gone.

He claims to have received a phone call from Graham, who told him to take his brother-in-law to her car so she could “perform her act” in it.

However, Mr Pathak said that was “totally impossible” as the stag was “handcuffed to a dwarf”at the time.

The court heard Graham pleaded with her client: “Please don’t get your money back from the stag do company. I will perform an act for you.”

Mr Pathak was then directed to Graham’s car in Russell Place, Brighton, shortly after 10pm.

When he got to her car, he asked: “What does £60 get me?”, to which Graham replied: “I don’t have an itinerary of what £60 gets you.”

Two security guards from G4S, who patrol the area, then approached Graham’s black Hyundai and flashed torches after growing suspicious from CCTV footage.

Mr Pathak said Graham’s “breasts were out” when the guards were there

He said the four engaged in “banter” and that Graham was “jiggling her breasts” as security guard Rhys Bloy said: “My partner’s are bigger.”

Graham then drove, in just a bra, to St Margaret’s Place with Mr Pathak, who said he told Graham he had to urinate when they arrived.

When he returned to the car Graham was clothed and he said the mood changed.

“She said ‘we are done’ then I said ‘fine, can I have my £60 back please?” Mr Pathak said.

Graham refused, the prosecution says, to the anger of Mr Pathak, who rummaged through the bags in the back of Graham’s car to find his money.

While he was doing so, he claims Graham said: “I’ll tell them you raped me.”

It is alleged Graham struck Mr Pathak on the forehead while holding her phone. The court was shown a picture of a cut on his head.
