BEING a goalkeeper can be really tough.
You're all alone on the pitch and, a string of sensational saves will always be overshadowed that one mistake which cost your side a goal.
Club Sportivo Dock goalkeeper dives past fence set on fire to make save Even suspended upside down, Sportivo Dock stopper catches ball
But at fourth tier Argentinian side Club Sportivo Dock Sud, being in between the sticks is taken to another level.
They posted a video on Twitter of goalkeeping coach Diego Svery putting his side's stoppers through the most rigorous training sessions.
Firstly, he throws footballs over a burning fence which the brave goalkeeper dives across to parry, before getting up to catch the next one.
In the next clip, he is suspended by a rope tied around his ankles and catches a ball hit at him while upside down — and throws it straight back into the coach's arms.
One goalkeeper makes save while another cycles across and then takes over Balancing act on top of barrel, but stopper still parries each shot away
Then, there is more than on goalkeepers and they take it in turns to cycle to one end, put the bike down and jump across to stop the ball going into the net, before another stopper does the same.
Clip number four is a balancing act which shows a goalkeeper kneeling on top of a sideways barrel and parrying a succession of efforts without moving.

Then we have a routine which would be very useful to lower league goalkeepers in England, where he is just playing in a deep and muddy puddle.
The sixth clip is simply bizarre.
